We pre-selected vineyard in village Okuresh, Lechkhumi region.

Grapes were hand-harvested at the optimal condition and transferred to the cellars by 10 kg wooden boxes in refrigerated vehicles to avoid damage to berries. Soft de-stemming and crushing are followed by fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

After 5-7 days of maceration, when usually the desired level of residual sugar is reached, fermentation is stopped by cooling, to retain the natural sweetness and freshness of the wine. Afterward, wine is kept cold at around 0°C before bottling.
